Woo hoo, day 3 and still blogging! What a shock! I completed a great workout today. This workout was unlike yesterday. Yesterday's workout wiped me out. I felt much better today. I did 3 sets of each of the following:
1. Lunge Jump
2. Temple Tap Leg Raise
3. High Knees (30, 45, or 60 seconds timed)
4. Warrior Deadlift (right)
5. Warrior Deadlift (left)
6. Pop Up
7. Squat Chop
8. Extended Plank
9. Bicycle Abs
10. Plank Crunch

I am also doing a plank and push-up challenge. I am on day 16 of the challenge, it is a 30 day challenge. Today we had to do 30 push-ups. I did 10 diamond push-ups, 10 wide-fly push-ups on my knees, and 10 military style push-ups on my knees.
I can typically do the wide-fly regular style but I pushed myself to do the diamond push-ups regular today. So with that said I was wore out and had to do the other two styles on my knees today. I am also doing 400 hundred squats a week. I break those down into 100 four days a week. Wow I am actually enjoying writing down what I did each day. I feel the thing I struggled most with today was the Temple Tap Leg Raise. The first set of those seemed fined but the other two I didn't seem so strong.
I am feeling a little sore today from yesterdays workout but it's all good. It is a good sore! Everyone get up and get moving. Stay in shape so you can live a long healthy life.
