So I am currently working on a 30 day Plank/Push-up challenge. I am on day 15 and that consisted of 60 sec front facing plank and 45 sec side planks. I also started a program I found on a blog I recently subscribed to. The blog is Bender Fitness. I actually just found Melissa on YouTube not that long ago and I love here workouts. They look really challenging and usually work the entire body and I love that. She does a great job at mixing things up too, it get so boring doing the same thing over and over.
I am looking forward to following her blog and using her workout videos to help me get in shape. The workout I am doing from her page is this one, just click the link to be taken to the page. Today I did Full Body Fitness Makeover. This was rough for sure because I haven't really worked out much over the last month or month and a half. I did the beginner version which was 10 of each exercise. I also did the all ten exercises 3 times. I was feeling pretty nauseous not long after starting set two but I pushed myself through it and managed to get through all 3 sets.
I am looking forward to tomorrows workout as well. I am sure it will kick my butt just as much as the one I did today! Thanks for reading and if you can suggest other blogs please do so. They don't have to be fitness blogs just interesting.
Let's get fit together,
Heather

Intro
Hey all my fellow bloggers! What's up? I am Heather and I am crazy for starting a second blog considering I haven't been successful at keeping up with my first, tehe. I thought if I write about my fitness journey daily maybe I will be more successful with it, my fitness that is. Not to mention maybe I can find others like me who really do want to get in the best shape of their lives but just need lots of support. I have never completely given up on fitness but I need it to be a constant in my life, not an on again off again thing. I know fitness is important and that should be reason enough to keep me motivated but the majority of the time it isn't.
One of my big problems is that I get bored working out ALONE all the time. Even when I go to the gym I just don't really connect with people. I guess I am just not the go get'em type of gal. I don't really feel comfortable just walking up to some random stranger and starting a conversation with them in hopes that I make a workout buddy! I have tried to get my husband to workout with me, that's not going to happen. He just isn't into the things I am into but of course I am willing to do the things he likes, even if I suck at it, tehe!
I am hoping to attract others to my blog that are serious about fitness. Those people I can connect with regularly for motivation and inspiration. I welcome any suggestions as to which blogs are great to follow regarding fitness, so if you are reading this please feel free to leave a comment and suggest blogs to me.
Lets get fit together,
Heather
